RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept non sale items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original selling condition with all tags attached. ALL UNDERWEAR AND BODYSUIT SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the finality of your purchase, we advise you to email us at email@example.com with any questions regarding fit.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Use the packaging included in your original purchase to return your item(s). Once our quality control team has confirmed that the returned item(s) comply with our return policy, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment used. Returns that do not comply with the Angie Bauer return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to your original shipping address.
International shipping, duty and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return instructions and place a new order.
Our customer service team monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
